- Method of communication to members
We are sending this letter of invitation via e-mail, and not by post, to those of you who previously agreed to the use of e-mail as the exclusive method of communication from us.
With an eye to the challenging financial conditions of the HLSAJ, we would like to continue minimizing the use of postage as best as we can, as postage is a significant item of expense. To this end, we kindly ask those of you who received this letter of invitation via post to consider switching from the use of postal service to the exclusive use of e-mail when receiving communications from us. If you would like to receive future communications from us via e-mail, and not by post, please let us know in an e-mail addressed to Mr. Kazuhiro Yanagida (email@example.com).
We very much look forward to meeting with you at the fall meeting on December 3.
